Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Grill Cook in San Antonio, TX to ensure exceptional dining through accurate preparation, proper grilling, and presentation of menu items. You will multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering great customer service and memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities include cooking, grilling, set-up/breakdown, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/food service with grill experience preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to take on additional roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Cook, grill and serve menu offerings within a designated station.
• Utilize a stove top, flat top, open flame grill and other kitchen equipment.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between stations and storage.
• Prepare and serve foods per guest specifications and safety standards.
• Store foods properly with correct wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Maintain temperature logs and production records efficiently.
• Keep supplies replenished and assist with inventory as directed.
• Set up and break down stations; sanitize equipment and utensils.
