Job summary

The Eurest team in Seattle is hiring a full-time Grill Cook. You will prepare food at the grill, serve customers, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with opportunities for growth and benefits including PTO, medical/dental options, and free meals. Prior kitchen experience is preferred and a positive team attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers efficiently and follows steps of service.
• Uses established recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between workstations and equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
