Eurest in Renton, WA is seeking a full-time Grill Cook to prepare and serve at the grill station in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service. Location: 998 Logan Ave N, Renton, WA 98055.

Qualifications

• Experience required for grill cook position.
• Ability to take accurate orders and prepare items at grill station.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep time.
• Serves customers efficiently at grill station and ensures proper serving temperatures.
• Uses established procedures for ticket collection and records.
• Follows recipes and production standards for quality and portion control.
• Carries pans and trays safely between stations.
• Stores and rotates foods per wrapping and dating standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to maintain sanitation.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends safety meetings and maintains a safe work environment.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
