Responsibilities

• Plates and serves items from grill station, following standards and ensuring quality.
• Maintains proper food temperatures and presentation.
• Follows approved recipes and portion controls.
• Safely carries pans, kettles and trays between stations and equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends safety meetings and adheres to safety procedures.
• Collaborates with coworkers and management to maintain service levels.
