Qualifications

• Experience in food service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Willing to train new hires.
• Grill cook experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items needing short prep.
• Serves customers efficiently and maintains food at correct temperatures and quality.
• Uses recipes and production standards to ensure portion control and serving temperatures.
• Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment for sanitation.
