Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Grill Cook to join our Maryland team. You will lead meal preparation, ensure high-quality food, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and support cross-training across roles as needed. The role includes standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from hot to cold.

Responsibilities

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift
• Assist with deliveries and any additional duties assigned
• Cross-train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
• May stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• May be required to work in tight spaces
