CAVA is hiring a Grill Cook in Los Angeles where you’ll lead the preparation of mouthwatering foods and contribute to guest experiences every day.

You’ll observe safety standards, follow recipes, restock stations, and work across the kitchen while staying on the move and delivering consistent quality for our guests.

Qualifications

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Cross-train across the restaurant for growth.

Responsibilities

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests.
• Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned.
• Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth.
