CAVA grill cooks are the leaders of an exceptional guest experience. You’ll prepare mouthwatering, top quality food and help create CAVA fanatics with every order.

This role requires observing food safety and sanitation, following recipes, restocking stations, and working in a fast-paced, open-flame kitchen. You should be comfortable standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating across the team.

• Willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
