Eurest is hiring for a full-time Grill Cook at Delta Faucet in Carmel, IN. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 am–2:30 pm. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits described below. Online applications are accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service.
• Responsible for records from area worked during service periods.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portions.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations and storage areas.
• Maintains sanitation and safe work environment; cleans assigned areas and equipment.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and managers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
