Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a part-time Grill Cook for ONVIDA HEALTH. You will prepare and present a variety of hot and cold items, focusing on quality and customer service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a safe work environment. Overnight shifts with rotating weekends, eligibility for benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events
• Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station or operate grill stations, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned based on client needs

Workdays/shifts: Overnights - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $15.25 per hour - $15.25 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Grill Cook at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. Your passion for food and warm smile will make a positive impact and brighten the day of those you serve.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
