Job summary

Colony Bay Club, located in Bonita Springs, FL, is seeking a driven Grill Cook for a full-time role in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property managed by Troon.

You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain quality, collaborate with the kitchen team, and uphold health and safety standards while contributing to new menu ideas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or culinary setting.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Range:

$24.00 to $26.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with the established recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and sanitation procedures
• Assist in the development of new menu items and specials

Requirements:
