Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Grill Cook to join our team. You will grill items to order, set up and clean the grill station, and prep the service line as directed by the Executive Chef and management.

This role requires standing most of the shift, occasional lifting up to 40 lbs, and interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner. Parkhurst offers benefits, career growth, and a 20% employee discount across brands.

• Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.

• Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature. Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.
