As a Grill Cook for Mellow Mushroom, you will be entrusted with some of Mellow’s most loved dishes to grill, prepare, and plate. Your fluency in fresh, tasty ingredients translates into delicious, mouth-watering meals. Your skill at the grill is matched by your Mellow vibe and an innate ability to coordinate with the team to deliver exactly what the guest asked for, and a little more. RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Prepare Mellow Mushroom menu items; master slicing, chopping, and grilling techniques.
2. Possess impeccable timing; coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely service for every table and guest.
3. Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment; assist other kitchen staff as needed.
4. Help maintain a sanitized, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
5. Monitor stock levels, refill necessary items, and place orders for shortages.
6. Stand for long periods and lift heavy items while maintaining a positive attitude.
