We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a high energy fast paced kitchen.

Grill Cooks are responsible for preparing high quality food in a timely, efficient, safe and sanitary manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate the pantry/oyster station
• Following established recipes, procedures, and presentation
• Ensure that dishes are timed correctly for parties of restaurant patrons
• Meeting food and safety standards.
• Maintain stations in a clean, sanitary and orderly manner
• Partner with Chefs, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Runners, Managers, and other team members to ensure that each and every guest receives exceptional food and hospitality.
