Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Grill Cook in San Diego to join our team and help prepare nutritious dishes with a customer-first mindset. You will work weekday mornings, support hot and cold menu items, and ensure safe food handling while delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment.

• 0–2 years of related experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
