Sodexo is seeking a Grill Cook at Southern Maine Community College in Maine. You’ll join a team-oriented kitchen focused on meeting meal service needs across breakfast, lunch, and events, delivering tasty, well-presented dishes with strong customer service.

This full-time role requires reliability and adaptability; 0–2 years experience helpful. Weekdays with afternoon/evening shifts; training and benefits included to support your growth in a supportive work environment.

Responsabilités

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipe(s)
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements

Location: SOUTHERN MAINE COMMUNITY COLLEGE - 14589002

Workdays/shifts: Weekdays - afternoon/evening shifts. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $17.50 - $20

As a Grill Cook at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. Your passion for food and warm smile will make a positive impact and brighten the day of those you serve.

• Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
