Job summary

M Culinary Concepts in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Cafe Grill Cook to join our employee-owned team. You will prepare and serve food, plan production for breakfast and lunch, follow recipes and accommodate special diets, and keep kitchen equipment safe and clean.

You will work Monday–Friday 6am–2pm with weekends off, bring creativity to weekly grill specials, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passionate crew.

Cafe Grill Cook at M Culinary Concepts (Employee-Owned!)

If you have experience in the food and beverage world, M Culinary is searching for a passionate Cafe Grill Cook to join our vibrant team. We’re an award-winning catering company based in Phoenix, AZ (we're talking TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR & GREAT PLACES TO WORK three years running!).

About the role:

Your day will consist of preparing and serving food, planning food production to coordinate with breakfast and lunch, following standard recipes and special diet orders. Since you'll be in a kitchen, your day will also consist of operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all sanitation and food production codes. As your day wraps up, you'll have to make sure the kitchen, and appliances are left clean and sanitized.

Have fun and get creative with creating weekly & daily grill specials!

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday: 6am – 2pm with Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Holidays off.
