Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Grill Cook for UMASS Health Alliance Leominster in Massachusetts. You will prepare and present a variety of hot and cold dishes, prioritizing customer service and teamwork in a hospital dining setting.

Shifts are mornings with rotating weekends; this is a full-time role. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and collaboration with the dining team to support patient and guest meals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour - $19.50 per hour
