Talk of the Town Restaurants in Lakeland, FL is seeking an experienced grill cook to prepare meats and vegetables, monitor ingredient freshness, and notify wait staff when orders are ready. You will maintain a clean, safe workstation and track inventory to ensure supplies are available.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, prior grilling experience, strong multitasking and time management skills, and knowledge of food safety guidelines.

Job description

We are searching for an accomplished grill/pit cook to create meals in accordance with customers' preferences. The grill cook's responsibilities include preparing ingredients, informing wait staff when orders are ready, and cleaning the grill after each shift. You should also monitor inventory to ensure that you have sufficient supplies at all times.

To be successful as a grill cook, you should be a skilled multitasker who adheres to food safety codes.
