Job summary

TORTORA'S is seeking a grill cook to handle menu items on the grill with strict adherence to recipe standards and portion sizes. You will work with the kitchen team to ensure timely, accurately plated orders and maintain a clean, safe grilling area.

Candidate should have grill/line cook experience and knowledge of food safety. Hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior grill or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety practices (food handler certification a plus).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
