Ruth's Chris in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Grill Cook to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will passionately prepare all meats, poultry, and seafood according to our recipes and standards, delivering the legendary hospitality we’re known for.

You will assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel, coordinate timing to ensure every plate goes out perfectly, and contribute to a positive, detail-oriented dining room experience for every Guest.

Qualifications

• Delight Guests with perfectly prepared dishes.
• Prepare food per recipe, technique and procedure, including meats, poultry and seafood.
• Assist side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation.
