Ruth’s Chris is seeking a Grill Cook to craft high-quality dishes and support the kitchen team. You will prepare meats, poultry and seafood to spec, assist the side cook, and coordinate with teammates to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• One to two years of culinary experience, including grill and cold prep preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delight our Guests with perfectly prepared dishes.
• Passionately prepare food products, including all meats, poultry and seafood per recipe, technique and procedure.
• Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation.
• Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by timely and accurate food preparation.
