Ruth’s Chris Steak House in California is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare meat, poultry and seafood to exact standards and timings. You will support the kitchen team, ensuring quality, consistency and a memorable dining experience for Guests.

Two years of culinary experience is preferred; you will follow recipes and techniques, assist other cooks, and contribute to a smooth kitchen workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of culinary experience; grill and cold prep preferred.
• Prepare food items according to recipes, techniques and procedures.
• Assist side cook and other kitchen staff in food preparation.
• Contribute to a superior dining experience with precise timing and quality.

Responsibilities
