Ruth's Chris Steak House in Northbrook is seeking a Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. You will passionately prepare meats, seafood, and other items to the highest standards while supporting fellow cooks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of culinary experience, including grill and cold prep, and demonstrates teamwork and attention to detail to ensure guests receive a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• One to two years of culinary experience, including grill and cold prep.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes and timely service.
• Passionately prepare all food products, including meats, poultry and seafood, per recipe and procedures.
• Assist the side cook and other kitchen staff in food preparation.
• Ensure a superior dining experience by accurate timing and cooking of all items.
