Job summary

The Standard High Line is seeking an Assistant General Manager for The Standard Grill to lead daily restaurant operations, coach and mentor the team, and uphold exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the GM, manage budgets, and ensure quality food and service in a fast-paced city setting.

Ideal candidates will bring hospitality leadership, strong English communication, and a track record in training staff within a high-volume establishment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a high-volume F&B setting.
• Fluent in English, excellent communication.
• Experience training and developing front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Support GM to oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Step up to GM when absent; ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage budgets, controls, and staffing; monitor SOPs and safety.
