Grand Slam Enterprises LLC is seeking a Clubhouse Manager to oversee dining room operations, greet members, seat guests, and support servers to ensure timely service. The position involves host/hostess duties, barback-related tasks when needed, and end-of-shift responsibilities such as cleaning workstations and stock checks.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum of 16 years of age
• Must have valid Tulsa County Food Handler’s Permit
• Should be able to lift over 40 lbs and remain on their feet for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables for the next member, wipe down chairs and sight sweep any large items around table
• Help with greeting and seating of membership
• Clean, sort, polish and roll silverware for the Fazio Grill
• Help servers pre-buss members’ tables and refill non-alcohol drinks
• At end of shift, wipe down menus and make sure kid’s menus and crayons are stocked
• Run food and expo when not busy on floor
• At end of shift clean and stock back coffee station and clean and wipe down “Kid’s Cubby”
• At end of shift sweep up large items and sweep out under booths
• Checkout with MOD to leave

Direct Report - Clubhouse Manager

Also Reports – Asst Clubhouse Manager and Manager on Duty

Primary : The number one responsibility is to maintain a constant eye over the dining room looking for new members coming in and/or joining other tables and seeing that they are greeted and assigned to a server. The second responsibility is to ensure that the member has been given menus within a strict short timeframe from the seating of the group. They are to help out with service by refilling drinks, “pre-bussing” and finally helping clean and re-set tables along with the servers. Acts as a “Hostess/Host”

Secondary: Secondary responsibilities include (all while watching the floor) “barback work” such as washing glassware, re-stocking, cutting fruit and any other service related task.
