Job summary

Greensboro Country Club in Greensboro, NC is seeking a friendly Server for the Family Grille to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to dining room guests.

You will greet guests with enthusiasm, answer questions about the menu, serve beverages (including alcohol) responsibly, perform side work, keep a neat appearance, and work with the team to ensure a positive, memorable guest experience.

This role requires reliable scheduling, teamwork, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Vi. Minimum Qualifications

• Country club and/or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time.
• Ability to demonstrate menu competency as outlined in the training program.
• Excellent people skills and outgoing personality.
• Team player, hard worker, and honest
