CVS Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Intake Coordinator to review and process grievance and appeal cases in a fast-paced environment in Arizona. You will monitor multiple intake channels, prioritize requests, and handle various case types from pre-service to post-service while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, strong data entry and analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing procedures.

• Strong data entry and analytical skills.
• Experience with grievances/appeals processing.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple intake sources.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter grievance/appeal cases within one business day.
• Monitor intake sources (call, fax, email, mail) and prioritize requests.
• Intake cases: member/provider appeals/grievances (pre/post service).
• Assess information to determine case type and processing requirements.
• Manage cases with varying turnaround times by state/plan/type.
• Maintain organization to handle urgent/expedited requests.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure accuracy and complete info.
• Respond to QA questions and seek clarification.
• Join weekly meetings with coordinators, analysts, QA, managers.
• Adapt to changing procedures while maintaining accuracy.
