Job summary

Entergy in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Analyst I–Sr to translate user needs into functional specifications and support IT Delivery teams. Onsite work is required in Louisiana.

You will partner with Program Managers, Development teams, Solution Architects, and business SMEs to capture, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design, shaping technology implementations for Entergy's grid technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Desired: Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Power Delivery business SMEs to capture, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into operational work products for T&D to be used by the development teams.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of business needs and awareness of business objectives. Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations in technology.
• Translate both strategic and tactical business requirements into specific operational requirements within an assigned business domain.
