PeopleConnect Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Engineer for a Santa Clara-based client developing modular nano grid systems. This onsite role supports transition from design to production, improving processes, workflows, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a background in electrical or manufacturing engineering and hands-on experience with production, BOMs, inventory, and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, and process engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Experience with inventory and supplier coordination in hardware manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Improve manufacturing processes and assembly workflows.
• Ensure build readiness and production documentation.
• Coordinate inventory planning and supply chain activities.
• Establish and maintain work instructions and quality checks.
• Collaborate across engineering, production, and suppliers.
