Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of power systems experience.
• Experience with CAISO interconnection processes.
• Knowledge of transmission planning and power systems.
• Proficient in CAISO protocols and market operations.
• Familiar with FERC interconnection processes.
• Experience with PSS/E, PSLF, TARA, or PowerWorld.
• Python or SQL or data analytics exposure.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Support interconnection, transmission, and commissioning for utility-scale generation in the CAISO region.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on grid integration activities and schedules.
• Analyze system impacts and assist with stakeholder communications and reporting.
