Mercyhealth is seeking a dependable team member to assist with vehicle movement and guest assistance at Mercyhealth facilities. The role emphasizes greeting patients and visitors, guiding them to locations, and handling vehicle-related tasks with safety in mind.
Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience, plus a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Compliance with security and safety procedures is required.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year work experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Maintain a valid drivers license.
Must have proof of vehicle insurance.
Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record per Mercyhealth's HR.100 Fleet and Driver
Passing the Driver’s License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
Basic Computer skills preferred; Word/Outlook
Able to interact with customers and communicate clearly
Able to manage anger, fear, hostility and violence from others while following Mercyhealth principles of customer service
