Job summary

Fricker’s Troy 123, LLC in Troy, OH is seeking a friendly hostess/greeter to welcome guests, share daily specials, and guide them to seating.

You will manage the waitlist, assist servers, answer phones, and enter carryout orders into the POS while promoting a positive dining experience.

As a Fricker’s hostess/greeter, you are the first and last person the guests will see during their visit. We are counting on you to make sure that first impression is excellent. As the last person they will see as they leave, it is up to you to make sure the guests leave happy!

Your job responsibilities include:
