Fricker’s Richmond 115, LLC is seeking a friendly hostess/greeter to welcome guests, inform them about daily specials and events, and manage seating with a smile. You will be the first and last impression for guests, ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

You will handle phone inquiries, take carry-out orders in the POS system with accuracy, assist servers, and help maintain smooth dining room operations. A welcoming, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a positive attitude and provide a welcoming guest experience.
• Present yourself in the proper uniform and keep a sharp appearance on every shift.
• Be flexible with schedules and duties as needed by the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and inform them about specials and events.
• Thank guests as they depart and invite them back.
• Manage waiting list, seat guests, bus tables, and assist servers.
• Answer phone calls
• Enter carry-out orders into the POS system, suggestive selling, and handle payments.
• Assist servers and managers in the dining room.

As a Fricker’s hostess/greeter, you are the first and last person the guests will see during their visit. We are counting on you to make sure that first impression is excellent. As the last person they will see as they leave, it is up to you to make sure the guests leave happy!

Your job responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests as they arrive and informing them of specials and events.
• Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them back.
• Managing a waiting list, seating guests, bussing tables, and assisting servers.
• Answering phone calls
• Entering carry out orders into the POS system, suggestive selling, ensuring orders are correct and handling money.
• Assisting servers and managers throughout the dining room.
• Making sure that every guest leaves happy!
