Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations in Las Vegas is seeking an energetic In House Marketing Greeter. In this role, you will engage with guests to welcome them, point them towards our marketing desk, and promote services offered at our resort. You will be required to work in a fun, fast-paced environment and must have at least six months of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person.

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our concierge team.
• Educate guests about available services, pointing them to Marketing Desk locations, and sharing promotional material
• Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to work a full shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
