Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane and equipment setup. You’ll handle sales at the counter, help with basic bowling instructions, and use our POS and PA systems in a lively entertainment venue.

Applicants should be 18+, with a HS diploma or hospitality experience, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fun, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
Proven success in school/previous job experience.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
Manage the waitlist.
Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
Prepare for leagues.
Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
Notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction.
Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
