Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests, manage the seating rotation, and help create memorable first impressions as part of an award-winning hospitality team. You will contribute to a seamless dining experience and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role offers growth opportunities and access to Hyatt benefits. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.

The Greeter welcomes restaurant guests with genuine hospitality while managing the seating rotation and ensuring a seamless dining experience. This role works closely with restaurant leadership and service teams to provide exceptional guest service from arrival to departure.

In this role you will:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage the restaurant wait list and seating rotation.
