Din Tai Fung North America is hiring a Greeter/Host/Hostess at our Seattle location. As the first friendly face, you welcome guests, check them in using our text message waiting system, and guide them to their tables to set a positive tone for the dining experience.

You help manage dining room flow, support smooth turnover, and work with the team to reduce wait times. Prior hospitality experience is welcomed but not required; a positive attitude and reliability are key.

Job description

As a Greeter / Host / Hostess, you are the first friendly face our guests see and help set the tone for the entire dining experience. In this role, you warmly welcome guests, check them in using Din Tai Fung’s text message waiting system, and guide them to their assigned tables.

You help manage the flow of the dining room by seating guests efficiently, supporting smooth table turnover, and helping reduce wait times. With a focus on hospitality and organization, you ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive.

$21.30/hour + Estimated $10.75 - $11.50/hr in Tips*
