Role Description

The Greeter is a full-time, on-site role based at McClain's RV in Corinth, TX. This position is responsible for welcoming guests as they arrive, offering friendly and professional assistance, and guiding them to the appropriate sales, service, or support team members. Day-to-day tasks include answering basic questions about the dealership, directing phone calls, managing guest check-in, and maintaining a clean, inviting lobby and entrance area. The Greeter helps ensure a positive customer experience by monitoring visitor flow, providing informational materials, and coordinating with team members to minimize wait times. This role works closely with sales and service staff to support smooth operations and an exceptional first impression for all visitors.
