Job summary

Troon Golf, LLC is seeking a part-time Greeter at Wickenburg Ranch Golf and Social Club in Wickenburg, AZ. You will welcome guests, escort them to tables, and help manage seating during busy service periods.

No previous experience required; we provide training. You will maintain the dining room appearance, answer phones, take reservations, and support the service team to deliver a warm, efficient guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes each guest with a smile and friendly greeting, and escorts guests to their assigned table
• Controls the flow of work in the room by seating guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists and following and enforcing check issue procedures
• Assigns opening and/or closing side duties; supervises side work and ensures completed lists of setups for all stations before the departure of service staff
• Maintains the reservation book, takes incoming telephone calls, and notes reservations and special requests from guests
• Remains knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, and general service procedures
• Responsible for standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas
• Remains visible on the dining room floor and is easily accessible to guests, staff, and management
• Checks all tables daily before service to ensure proper settings
• Assists with side work; assists service staff with bussing tables and taking cocktail orders
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.
