Greenway Kia Rivergate seeks an experienced and motivated automotive dealership Sales Manager with vehicle retail experience to help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by maintaining a competitive and innovative approach.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and customer service within the automobile industry, with extensive knowledge of the retail vehicle market. Strong management skills to hire, train, motivate, and grow a sales team are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with employees and customers to facilitate the sales process.
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a referral network.
  • Maintain professionalism through daily actions and appearance.
  • Set and achieve sales objectives through effective planning and data analysis.
  • Motivate, train, and support sales staff to meet growth and sales targets.
  • Forecast inventory needs and purchase vehicles from auction and off-lease returns.
  • Create a positive work environment to promote morale.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Preferably, have two or more years of successful automotive sales management experience.
  • Maintain strong customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage, mentor, and coach employees.
  • Possess strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Have competent computer and phone skills (Internet, Microsoft, Outlook, CRM, etc.).
  • Have significant knowledge of automotive systems like eLeads, V-auto, Dealer Track, etc.
  • Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
