Wild Wing Cafe, in Greenville, SC, is seeking a dependable Back of House Team Member to help deliver high-quality food and a great guest experience. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and following recipes and safety standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from restaurant leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and preparation procedures.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and work area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and properly storing food deliveries.
• Monitor ingredients and supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other Back of House and Front of House team members to provide excellent service to our guests.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and other assigned kitchen duties.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist other team members as needed to keep restaurant operations running efficiently.

Job Summary

Wild Wing Cafe is looking for a dependable and hardworking Back of House Team Member to join our team in Greenville!

As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering a great guest experience by preparing fresh, high-quality food while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, can thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and takes pride in food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and preparation procedures.
