Job summary

Desert Mountain Club in North Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Greenskeeper to support our agronomy team and maintain a world‑class golf facility. You will perform routine maintenance work, operate golf course equipment, and support landscaping and construction tasks under supervision.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic; prior golf course experience is a plus. Competitive benefits include health insurance, an onsite clinic, 401k match, and meals during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate small power mowers, trimmers, greens mower, tee mowers, fly-mos and backpack blowers on designated area of the golf course.
• Perform hand mowing or hand trimming, renovations and construction work, shoveling and raking, and related labor tasks.
• Operate small utility vehicles for hauling mowers, materials and debris as needed.
• Cultivate and water trees and plants.
• Use riding mower equipment as assigned by Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

In this role, you will play a key role in creating a world-class golf facility! You will perform routine labor involved in golf course maintenance and construction, and related work as required reporting directly to the Golf Course Superintendent.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Prior golf course experience is a plus.

Starting at $19.00 per hour.

*Shifts run from 5:30 am - 11:30 am (summer), 6:30 am - 12:30 pm (winter).

JOB DETAILS
