Job summary

Falcon Lakes Golf Club in Basehor, KS is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our Agronomy & Grounds Crew. You will help maintain the course for daily play, tournaments, and events, working with our Director of Agronomy and a seasoned maintenance team.

This role emphasizes outdoor work, reliability, and a can-do attitude. Experience is a plus but not required; you must be able to lift 50 lbs and work early mornings.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking, able to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to start early mornings and work weekends/holidays on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Daily mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and rough.
• Bunker raking and detailing.
• Trimming, edging, pruning, and landscaping.
• Course setup: tee markers, cups, signs, debris removal.
• Basic irrigation checks and hand-watering.
• Assist with drainage, sod work, native areas, tree work, etc.
• Operate and care for a variety of golf course equipment.
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.
