Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Greenskeeper 2 who takes pride in maintaining exceptional playing conditions on Hawaiʻi's premier golf course. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, values teamwork, and preserves the beauty and playability of the course in all conditions.

You will operate and maintain golf course equipment, support drainage and renaturalization projects, and help with IPM-related tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Hawaii driver's license & traffic abstract.

Responsibilities

• Operate golf course maintenance equipment safely and proficiently (mowers, verticutters, etc.).
• Perform daily inspections and safety checks on equipment.
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides safely and accurately.
• Assist with IPM programs and related tasks.
• Plant and maintain turfgrass, sod, and landscaping throughout the course.
• Support drainage, renaturalization, and course improvement projects.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and yards.
• Work both independently and with the team to uphold condition and presentation standards.
• Interact professionally with members, guests, and staff, reflecting Four Seasons values.
