Job summary

El Macero Country Club in El Macero, CA, is seeking a Full-Time Greenskeeper to maintain landscapes, bunkers, and course detail. As part of Troon, you will join a global leader in golf and hospitality.

Requires one month of related experience or training and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay ($19.00-$20.00/hour) and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
