Discovery Land Company is seeking a Greenskeeper to join the Golf Course Maintenance Department at Maverick Golf and Ranch Club near Fort Worth, TX. The role involves daily upkeep of greens, tees, and fairways, with responsibilities ranging from mowing and edging to irrigation and course marking.

The candidate should be physically fit, able to work flexible hours, and capable of working in a team to deliver exceptional member experiences in a luxury golf environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of grounds/landscape maintenance materials and methods.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Able to work in a team and follow directions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Operates mowers and string trimmers to maintain greens, aprons, tees, and surrounding areas.
• Sets tee markers and cups; maintains ball washers and flags.
• Maintains fuel and fluids for equipment; reports issues to supervisor.
• Mark course for cart control; move barriers and replace ropes/signs as needed.
• Watering, fertilizing, and (under supervision) spraying chemicals.
• Assist in construction/renovation of greens, tees, and fairways.
