Job summary

Invited Clubs in McKinney, TX is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain the golf course turf and landscapes for optimal playability and aesthetics. You will mow, fertilize, irrigate, and manage surrounding grounds to Club standards.

This role requires outdoor work, safety awareness, and the ability to operate mowing equipment and related tools. Experience in landscape management preferred; strong teamwork and commitment to excellence are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in landscape management or groundskeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to the agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas and adjust irrigation systems as needed.
• Monitor turf conditions and address pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Operate powered equipment safely and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain landscaping around the clubhouse, including flowerbeds and trees.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant new vegetation as directed.
