Colonial Country Club, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain the pristine golf course and provide an exceptional member/guest experience. The role involves daily mowing, bunker care, irrigation support, and turf treatments to keep playing surfaces at peak condition.

Ideal candidates will have basic turf knowledge and a strong work ethic, with willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate lawn maintenance equipment.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the golf course by mowing greens, fairways, trees, and roughs.
• Rake and maintain bunkers, repair divots, and perform turf care tasks.
• Assist irrigation management by monitoring and repairing sprinkler systems.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf treatments under supervision.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Remove debris, trim trees, and maintain course aesthetics.
• Assist in course setup for daily play and tournaments.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
