Charbonneau Golf Club in Wilsonville, OR, is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property. As part of Troon, you will perform landscape maintenance, operate equipment safely, and support course setup while adhering to company safety policies.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
• Operate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing
• Prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material
• Assist with tasks related to course detail including weed and debris clean up
• Assist with golf course set-up procedures
• Operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
• Perform skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
• Operate equipment safely and remain aware of associates and their respective work areas
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required
